Open field is dedicated to the study of movement and different dance cultures. We focus on a fusion of Central Asian,Middle Eastern, and North African dances using contemporary techniques, therapeutic approaches and ritual. We integrate dance, live music, poetry and mysticism.
Our aim is to:
CREATE a space for meeting cultures and traditions of Central Asia, the Middle East and North Africa and so to enrich the spiritual and cultural values of Czech society.
INVOLVE the Czech public (both experts and laymen) in all our activities.
TO OPEN the Open Field multicultural centre focused on dance, music and other media.
