The festival hosted four workshops under the leadership of lecturer, dancer and choreographer Sashar Zarif (Azer/Can). Santoor music by Pirouz Yousefian.

  • Iva Fišerová: "At the last workshop with Sashar, when we created pictures of Saqi, I was astonished of the feeling of unity, reciprocity. In the connection with body image, movement, they had a deeper character than words. It is a very strange kind of speech which goes right to the heart. When we were mirroring our rows in mirrors together, I felt our connection with the existence – I reminded me a lot of fractals, geometric images that appear when exploring both the micro and macro scale, they repeat again and again, both when the image is enlarged by microscope or minimized with telescope. There was endless presence in our pictures."
